Osa Freedivers is a premier freediving school located in the picturesque Golfo Dulce. Our mission is to introduce people to the incredible world of freediving and provide a platform for beginners and professionals to enhance their skills. We take pride in our unique diving locations, easy access to depths and underwater treasures, coupled with years of teaching expertise.

This class is for anyone wanting to dive into the world of freediving. This half day class is perfect for those with a time restraint or maybe don’t want to invest a lot of money into the full entry level freediving course yet.

Reef Dive

Take your freediving skills to new depths with our advanced courses. Develop your diving techniques, improve breath-holding capacity, and experience the thrill of diving in challenging environments.

Wreck Dive

With 3 wrecks in the Golfo Dulce it earns its name as the wreck diving capital. At varying depths (60ft/18m – 90ft/27m) there is something for everyone from medium cargo vessels (100ft) and sail boats.
